Edesur seeks dialogue with residents of Villa Jaragua to regularize electricity service

The company Edesur Dominicana reported that it continues its efforts to persuade the residents of the Brisa and Tunal sectors, in the municipality of Villa Jaragua, Bahoruco province, to regularize the electricity service and put an end to their resistance. The distributor highlighted that the normalization of the supply is key to ensuring a more efficient and higher quality service in those communities.

Likewise, the company denied rumors about possible electrocutions of animals, clarifying that no report has been received nor has evidence been found that any goat or other animal has died from contact with energized cables in the area. Edesur states that it maintains its commitment and carries out a constant work in pursuit of an efficient service and a sustained action against illegal connections.
