Santiago. - The lawyers representing the family of the minor Stephora Anne-Mircie Joseph reported this Wednesday that they requested the court of the permanent attention office to impose other types of coercive measures against those accused of the death of the student of the Leonardo Da Vinci school, in addition to incorporating other people who were not included in the initial accusation of the Public Ministry. Miguel Díaz explained that among the newly indicated are members of the educational institute's board of directors, as well as the deputy director of the center, because "they must also answer to justice" for the events that occurred at Hacienda Los Caballos, where the girl lost her life during a field trip. The lawyers described the case as a "tragedy that ended in death" and asked that there be no external influences that favor the accused. In addition, they assured that they have submitted new documentation that supports the responsibility of more actors involved.

They claimed that the Public Ministry included the Hacienda as the scene of the event "because that's what the rule establishes", but without linking those in charge of the administration of the space. "If the hacienda is closed as part of the process, then why aren't those who run it included?", they questioned. Ennese specified that they hope the court sets a date to continue the knowledge of the coercive measure and reiterated that their sole objective is for justice to be done in this case that has the society dismayed.
