Mariasela Álvarez presented the latest installment of “Esta Noche Mariasela”

Santo Domingo.- The communicator Mariasela Álvarez presented last night, Thursday, the last installment of her emblematic program “Esta Noche Mariasela”, a space that will stop broadcasting from today. Visibly excited, Álvarez thanked the audience and her team for the almost 14 years on the air of the daily program, which was broadcast from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 10:00 at night on Color Visión, channel 9. During the farewell, she was accompanied by friends, family, and collaborators who marked the trajectory of the space, including Diana Lora, who, despite the distance from Canada, always remained linked to the project. The contribution of the communicator Nairobi Viloria, a member of the team for several years, was also highlighted, in addition to the technical and production team. Various figures from the national public sphere attended the special broadcast, such as the Minister of Interior and Police Faride Raful, as well as communicators Pamela Sued, Zoila Luna, Milagros Germán, Tania Báez, Ingrid Gómez, Nuria Piera and Zoila Puello, who expressed their affection and support for the presenter.

Over nearly a decade and a half, "Esta Noche Mariasela" established itself as one of the most influential interview and analysis programs on Dominican television, standing out for its critical, plural, and committed approach to issues of national interest. Mariasela made it clear that she is definitely leaving Dominican television, so it is not in her plans to return with any project in the future.
