Beyond the musical notes, the backdrop of the gala was social transformation. During his speech, Guaroa Noboa, president of the board of directors of Promapec, highlighted the deep connection between the composer's work and the institution's mission.The executive emphasized that the success of this fundraising will allow for the strengthening of technical training scholarships in areas such as pharmacy, computer science, accounting, audiovisuals, among others, aimed at Dominicans with limited resources.
"Beethoven not only revolutionized music; he revolutionized the way of understanding the human condition. His work is an affirmation of freedom, effort, dignity and overcoming adversity", Noboa expressed before a room packed with personalities and allies.
"Every contribution made tonight translates into equipped classrooms… and, above all, into lives that find new opportunities to grow with dignity," Noboa pointed out.

Promoción Apec has trained more than 57 thousand Dominicans with limited economic resources in technical trades, micro-enterprises, and human development.
Created in 1982 as part of the Apec group, Promapec is a non-profit institution whose purpose is to improve the quality of life of vulnerable sectors, through the integration of personal values and access to technical training.
