The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Wednesday, October 8, 2025, as follows:
For Financial Institutions, the euro purchase rate was RD$72.64 and the selling rate was RD$74.63
For Remittance and Exchange Agents, the registered rates are RD$71.69 for buying and RD$76.1606 for selling.
The most notable impact is observed when comparing current prices with the close of the year 2024.
Since the end of last year, the Dominican peso has suffered a depreciation in the range of 13.38% to 13.55% against the European currency.
