Santo Domingo.– Former senator of the province of Azua, Rafael Calderón, will undergo a new surgical intervention this Tuesday, with the aim of treating a urethral infection that requires specialized medical attention.
It is recalled that Calderón underwent surgery just over a month ago, as part of a previous medical treatment. This new surgery is part of the follow-up protocol indicated by the specialists, after presenting complications associated with the initial process.
According to information provided by close sources, the former legislator is in stable condition, admitted to a renowned clinic in the city of Santo Domingo, where he remains under strict medical supervision awaiting the scheduled surgical procedure.
