Mayor of Bayaguana imposes corrective measure on minors for littering in the public way

Bayaguana. – The Mayor of the municipality of Bayaguana, Frangel García, received on Monday morning three teenagers who were caught by security cameras while throwing garbage on the public road, specifically in front of the establishment Repuesto El Guardia, in the Las Flores sector. The municipal executive reported that, after holding a dialogue with the young women and their families, it was agreed as a corrective measure that the minors perform cleaning work in the Central Park for three days. This action seeks to raise awareness and prevent similar events from happening again in the municipality. The teenagers, who are minors, admitted their responsibility and explained that they acted under the influence of alcohol. Likewise, they pledged not to engage in this type of behavior again. Ingrid Rodríguez, sister of one of those involved, was present at the meeting, accompanying the minors to offer a public apology to the people of Bayaguana for what happened, an action that generated rejection in the community.
