Paola González, director of the Conservatory; Roberto Medina, director of the festival, and Darleny González, coordinator of the same, participated in the meeting, with the presence of students, teachers and representatives of the media.
According to González, the program will include master classes, workshops, talks, concerts, ensembles, exhibitions, premieres and tributes, with international and local guests. The activities will be open to the general public and free of charge.

The extensive agenda will take place at the Conservatory and the Cultural Center of Spain, in the Colonial Zone.
Among the six invited clarinetists are the Colombians Mauricio Murcia, Julio Panadero and Hernán Gutiérrez. Also, the Italian Giovanni Punzi and the Duo Tacoa, from Colombia.
The Clarinetísimo Festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture, the General Directorate of Fine Arts, the Sinfonía Foundation, the Cultural Center of Spain, Instrumentos Giraldez/Yamaha, Buffet Crampon, Cappuccino Restaurant, La Barra, and the University of Caldas.
