Washington Embassy in Dominican Republic to recognize Héctor Acosta

Editorial.- The United States Embassy in the Dominican Republic will pay tribute to the artist and current senator of Monseñor Nouel province, Héctor Acosta, in an event that will celebrate his artistic career and his commitment to the social development of his community.

This recognition, awarded from the U.S. diplomatic headquarters in the country, highlights more than three decades of contributions by Acosta to Dominican music and five years of legislative work, in which he has firmly defended the interests of his province.
