Boric condemns US attack against Iran: “Having power does not authorize its use by violating the rules”

President Gabriel Boric condemned the attack by the United States confirmed this Saturday, against Iran's nuclear power plants, amid the escalation of the conflict with Israel.

Through his X account, the president stated that "the United States announces that it has just bombed nuclear power plants in Iran."

"Attacking nuclear power plants is prohibited by international law. Chile condemns this attack by the US," he added.

“We will defend respect for international humanitarian law in all instances. Having power does not authorize its use by violating the rules that we, as humanity, have given ourselves. Even if you are the United States. We demand and need peace,” criticized the Head of State, against his American counterpart, Donald Trump.
