BHD sponsors third real estate fair in New York

Santo Domingo. - Banco BHD will sponsor the New York City Real Estate Fair for the third consecutive year, aimed at Dominicans residing in the United States. The event will take place from September 5 to 7, 2025, with the participation of more than 25 construction and real estate companies that will present their projects in plans, under construction, and ready, located in the Dominican Republic.

During the fair, the financial entity will offer information and guidance on the processes of acquiring and financing housing in the Dominican Republic for explanatory and educational purposes.

Freddy Simó, Vice President of Indirect Sales for Retail and Business Banking at Banco BHD, said that "we are convinced of the importance of acquiring a home for people. It is a feeling of long-term stability and security. The third New York Real Estate Fair sponsored by Banco BHD is part of the commitment we have with the Dominican diaspora."

This edition of the fair will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Armory Arena, located at 216 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, next to NY Presbyterian Hospital.

Real estate companies and construction companies will be located in marked stands, where they will have staff who will present their real estate portfolios to attendees. In this fair, more than 5,000 housing options available in the Dominican Republic will be exhibited.

The banking entity has experience providing financial advice to Dominicans residing abroad. Previously, it has sponsored real estate initiatives at fairs held in Madrid, Spain; and Orlando, Florida.
