Regional Education 03 holds end-of-year evaluation meeting with its technical team

Azua. – The Regional Education Directorate 03 held a strategic end-of-year evaluation meeting with its technical team, headed by the regional director, teacher Jorge Antonio De los Santos, with the purpose of strengthening institutional efficiency and reviewing the guidelines that will guide the management of the next year. During the day, De los Santos presented an overview of the progress made, the priorities and projections, highlighting the importance of coordinated work to ensure significant results for the benefit of the educational community. The meeting included several training spaces. The Community Participation technician, Justina Ramírez, offered a historical review of Regional 03, highlighting its growth and evolution since its creation. Then, Edward Nova spoke about the use of the Information System for Educational Management of the Dominican Republic (SIGERD), highlighting its importance for the registration of educational centers and the administration of resources.

Likewise, Masiel Adames presented the most relevant aspects of the Regional's Operational Manual, guiding those present on its practical application. This content was expanded by Mercedes de la Paz, who delved into the procedures and regulations governing institutional operation. Finally, Alexis Castillo addressed key elements related to the decentralization process and the indicators that allow evaluating performance in the different educational areas. The activity took place in the auditorium of Regional Directorate 03, in an environment of reflection, exchange, and commitment to strengthening the education system.
