Providence, Rhode Island. – Representing the Dominican National Police, under the direction of Major General Ramón Antonio Guzmán Peralta, Colonel Sonni Cepeda, Liaison of the institution in the United States based in the cities of Providence and New York, made a solemn floral offering to the bust of Juan Pablo Duarte, located in Roger Williams Park.
The activity was carried out alongside members of the Instituto Duartiano de Providence, in commemoration of the Month of the Fatherland and in honor of the legacy of those brave Dominicans who shed their blood so that today the nation enjoys freedom, sovereignty, and independence.
