Condenan a 15 años de prisión a hombre que violó a una mujer tras penetrar a su vivienda a robar

Santo Domingo.- Al acoger la solicitud del Ministerio Público, los jueces del Segundo Tribunal Colegiado de Santo Domingo Este impusieron una pena de 15 años de prisión a un hombre que, junto a otro no identificado, violó sexualmente a una mujer, a quien robaron sus pertenencias, en un hecho ocurrido en el sector La Isabelita, Santo Domingo Este.

La condena le fue dictada a Robel Benjamín Tejada Bautista (Boqueaba y/o Robert), por los daños causados a la víctima, nombre que se omite para proteger su identidad.

El expediente instrumentado por la fiscal Odalys Beltrán explica que el 12 de diciembre de 2024, la víctima denunció que alrededor de las 5:00 de la madrugada vio al encartado dentro de su vivienda, junto a otro hombre aún sin identificar.

Detalla que los agresores, provistos de armas blancas, penetraron en su habitación, le taparon la boca y amenazaron con agredir a la hija de la víctima, quien también se encontraba en la vivienda.

El procesado y su cómplice, al marcharse del lugar sustrajeron un televisor de 32 pulgadas, un IPhone 12 Pro Max y la suma de dos mil pesos en efectivo.

El Ministerio Público, representado por el fiscal litigante Ignacio Rojas, mostró al tribunal suficientes elementos probatorios que demuestran la responsabilidad penal del hoy procesado, quien fue hallado culpable de violar los artículos 307-309-1 y 331 del Código Penal Dominicano, modificado por la Ley 24-97 sobre Violencia de Género e Intrafamiliar.


Por decisión del Segundo Tribunal Colegiado, que integran los jueces Josefina Ubiera Guerrero, Ana Miledys Taveras y Isaías Martínez, el procesado deberá cumplir la sentencia en el Centro de Corrección y Rehabilitación (CCR) Las Parras, en el municipio de San Antonio de Guerra, en la provincia Santo Domingo.
