Popular Digital Services opens new office in Baní

Peravia. – Servicios Digitales Popular, a subsidiary of Grupo Popular, announced the opening of a new commercial office in the city of Baní, where it will offer services and advice to customers of its AZUL and AVANCE brands, facilitating a closer and more agile experience for its customers in the southern region. The office, located on the second level of the Banco Popular Dominicano on Presidente Billini Avenue #22, in this city, will offer services from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Currently, AZUL has more than 18,900 affiliated clients, covering more than 43,000 commercial locations throughout the country. Through this national network, it achieved more than 190.8 million transactions processed in 2024, 29% more than the previous year. Regarding e-commerce, E-commerce services and Payment Links lead this section, experiencing a 152% increase on the same date. For its part, during 2024, AVANCE's disbursements in the southern region of the country increased 11.9% compared to the previous year; the active client portfolio increased by 27%. AVANCE is a Popular Digital Services technology company that offers fast and flexible financing solutions for businesses that accept card payments, having impacted more than 4,000 businesses across the country to date. These are working capital advances, which the business conveniently pays through its sales registered with credit and debit cards.
