The district director, Luis Felipe Fermín, expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic, Luis Rodolfo Abinader, as well as to the Dominican Federation of Municipalities (FEDOMU) and the Dominican Federation of Municipal Districts (FEDODIM), for the support provided to make this important cultural event possible. During his intervention, Fermín highlighted the exemplary behavior of the public and emphasized the organizational work that allowed the successful development of the activity.
