The program celebrates the Founder’s Space 2025 meeting for entrepreneurs, Human Up edition
Santo Domingo.- The Cree program of the Banco de Reservas has channeled since 2015 the disbursement of more than RD$72 million as capital investment for innovative projects, reported the director of Sustainability and Social Responsibility of the Bank, Raquel Giraldez, in the traditional Founder’s Space 2025 Entrepreneurs Meeting. Giraldez highlighted that the companies created by entrepreneurs supported by the program develop thanks to the efforts of Banreservas, which constitutes a tangible example of the commitment to innovation, collaboration, and the economic and social development of the Dominican Republic.The Founder’s Space 2025 meeting, "Human Up" edition, focused on mental health, inclusion, and ethics in leadership, under the Humanist Innovation model, with the participation of ecosystem developers and international experts."From the Reserve Bank, through the Sustainability and Social Responsibility Department and our Cree Banreservas Entrepreneurs Program, we have assumed the firm conviction that the ventures that make up our portfolio not only generate jobs and contribute to economic growth, but also provide creative solutions to the challenges facing our society," he expressed.

This event was designed to 'reimagine' entrepreneurship from care, awareness, and impact. In this year's edition, the talks EmpatIA: sowing technology with soul in forgotten territories, by Carolina Huertas, CEO of AgrodatAi, Colombia; Radical authenticity: leading without losing your soul, by Macelo Muñoz, coach of leaders, Chile; and the panel When raising capital is not enough: ethics, health and diversity in the new entrepreneurial generation, moderated by Erik Díaz, creator of the Humanist Innovation model, were given. During the panel, key points were addressed, such as the challenge of AI in business, the invisible wounds of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, ethical pacts between entrepreneurs and investors, mental health as a strategic asset, and inclusion beyond quotas in order to transform from the roots. Upon completion, the guests were able to form work networks, informal mentoring, and exchanges with a diverse set of profiles, knowledgeable in technology, capital, training, care, and regenerative systems, as well as get acquainted with the international ecosystem of Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Spain. Founder’s Space is a meeting held by Banco de Reservas since 2021 for entrepreneurs who are part of the Cree Banreservas program, in order to provide tools to help strengthen their businesses.
