Fedotenis will celebrate Mangulina and Mangú J60 cups

The Dominican Tennis Federation (Fedotenis), will hold the Copa Mangulina and Copa Mangú J60 Santo Domingo tournaments, part of the ITF Junior circuit, at the National Tennis Center of Parque del Este, which brings together the best tennis players under 18 years old in the world. The Mangulina J60 Cup, which this year will celebrate its 10th edition, will be played from September 29th to October 4th of this year. While the Mangú Cup J60, will be the 17th edition, is scheduled from October 6th to 11th. The tournaments will be played on the tennis courts of Parque del Este in doubles and singles in both branches. 90 players from 19 countries around the world will come to the two events. Dominicans Álvaro Pérez, Isaac Guerrero, and Miguel Baquero will participate. While in the women's division, the Dominicans Julianny De La Cruz, Daniela Castillo, Yelena Sánchez, among others, will be present. The tournaments will be supervised by Wilson Joya, on behalf of the ITF, assisted by Yamil Jiménez. Sergio Tobal, vice president of Fedotenis, will be in charge of the general direction. The matches of both cups will be played from 9 in the morning completely free of charge at the National Tennis Center of Parque del Este.

The event awards 60 points to the singles champions, 36 to the finalists, and 45 to the doubles winners. The events organized by Fedotenis are thanks to the Ministry of Tourism, Banco de Reservas, Junta de Aviación Civil (JAC), Banco Central, Ekatex, Creso, El Nuevo Diario and Wilson.
