Hodelpa Hospitality held its 2026 Leaders Meeting under the theme "Innovative Leaders"

Santo Domingo. –Hodelpa Hospitality held its traditional Leaders Meeting, a space that brings together its leaders at different management levels from all its properties to align the vision for the year and strengthen the organizational culture that distinguishes the chain. In this 2026 edition, the meeting was held under the theme Innovative Leaders, an invitation to integrate innovation as a way of thinking, deciding and acting at every level of the organization. Beyond technology, the focus was on how to evolve processes, experiences and service models without losing the essence of hospitality that characterizes the operator. During the opening, Ángel Hernández, executive president of Hodelpa Hospitality, highlighted that innovating implies turning ideas into action and embracing change with purpose, understanding that the guest is constantly evolving and demands increasingly differentiated value propositions. This approach responds to Hodelpa Hospitality's strategic vision of consolidating itself as a benchmark and operational leader within Dominican tourism, establishing new standards in strategic hotel management, commercial intelligence, and excellence in service.

The day featured the outstanding participation of the renowned leadership coach, Mr. Kendrith Rodríguez, founder of Inspirax, a firm specializing in organizational training and whose methodology based on Connection, Transformation, and Results generated spaces for strategic reflection and collaborative dynamics focused on enhancing team performance. Through interactive sessions, industry trend analysis, and high-level conversations among the leaders of the different properties, the chain reaffirmed its commitment to continue raising service standards, strengthening internal talent, and consolidating its position as one of the leading hotel groups in the Dominican Republic.
