Man apprehended in La Vega with an arrest warrant for multiple crimes

The named Ismael de Jesús Moscoso Arias (a) "España" and/or "Maelo", 30 years old, residing in the La Maras sector of this city of La Vega, was arrested. He was wanted by arrest warrant No. 2025-AJ0080230, issued by the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of the Judicial District of La Vega.

The arrest was carried out by members of the Division of Crimes and Offenses Against Property (Robbery) of this demarcation, after being requested by Lic. Juan Carlos Núñez, fiscal prosecutor, for his alleged involvement in violations of articles 365, 266, 2, 295, 302, 379, 382, 385 and 386 of the Dominican Penal Code, which typify threats, association of wrongdoers, criminal attempt, blows and injuries, aggravated violence, robbery and aggravated robbery, among other illicit acts.
