Your first intervention will take place on March 23 in the ministerial segment of the collaborative work line for capacity development in digital transformation, where the needs, expectations and experiences of the countries in this area will be addressed.
In this space, Education ministers from different countries will participate in a dialogue aimed at exchanging experiences and building shared responses to the challenges of educational digitalization.
During his stay in Paris, Minister De Camps will also hold working meetings with UNESCO authorities and actors in the international educational ecosystem, aimed at strengthening cooperation, exchanging good practices, and exploring opportunities for collaboration in key areas such as digital education, technical training, and capacity building. The Dominican Republic's participation in these spaces is framed within the Ministry of Education's roadmap, which promotes a transformation of the education system aimed at improving learning, strengthening the employability of young people, and preparing the country for the challenges of an increasingly knowledge-based economy. Within that framework, digital transformation constitutes a cross-cutting axis of this management, aimed at integrating technological capabilities, strengthening educational management, and modernizing the system as a whole. With this agenda, the country reaffirms its commitment to a more inclusive, equitable, and connected education with development, while consolidating its presence in the global conversation about the future of education.
