Santo Domingo.– The City Council of the National District, along with the Council of Councilors, will pay funeral honors to the outstanding communicator Carlos Batista Matos, who also served as a councilor in this demarcation during the period 2010-2016.
The solemn act will take place this Thursday, April 16th at 10:00 in the morning at the Municipal Palace, where municipal authorities, councilors, directors, and various personalities will say their final farewell through honor guards in recognition of their career and contributions.
