Work reminds employers to submit the Fixed Personnel Form (DGT3) before January 15, 2026

The Ministry of Labor reminds all employers to submit the Fixed Personnel Payroll (DGT-3) to the General Directorate of Labor (DGT) within the first fifteen days of January 2026. Similarly, remember that the Fixed Personnel Forms will be renewed annually and will be submitted to the DGT no later than January 15, in accordance with the provisions of article 15 of regulation 258-93, for the application of the Labor Code. For the renewal, it is essential to update the company and establishment data in order to continue with the system registration. The document must be registered through the following electronic address https://ovi.mt.gob.do, proceeding to register its workers in the establishment in which they are providing their services and once they are sure that the information contained in the payroll is correct, they must proceed to make the corresponding payment through one of these two ways: a) make an electronic transaction with a credit or debit card, b) acquire a PIN in one of our Local Labor Representations and proceed with the definitive registration.

For new company or employer registrations, the procedure is as follows:

First: they must enter the following address https://ovi.mt.gob.do, press the new company option to create the user. Second: once the user is created, following the system's steps, they will complete the company and establishment data. Third: once all worker registration is complete and their DGT-3 has been sent, it will generate the amount to be paid. Fourth: finally make the payment through one of these options: a) make an electronic transaction with a credit or debit card; b) acquire a PIN in one of our Local Work Representations and proceed with the final registration. Once the first fifteen days of January have passed without the employer having complied with this legal mandate, they will be subject to the labor criminal sanctions contemplated in the Labor Code.
