Santo Domingo.- Dr. Ricardo Nieves highlighted the massive mobilization of citizens around the Senasa Case, calling the social response a necessary reaction to an act of fraud that has shocked the country. "The first thing that makes me very happy is that people have come out of inertia. This case is so abhorrent, so depraved, that it needed exactly a social response.
