David Guetta will present in Santo Domingo the world's largest electronic show: “The Monolith Tour”

Santo Domingo. – Under the concept “The Future Is a Party”, electronic music once again shakes the Dominican Republic with the arrival of “The Monolith Tour”, by David Guetta, an immersive audiovisual spectacle that incorporates a monumental monolithic structure, 3D screens, special effects and a lighting design of the latest generation. This proposal, built on his great hits and iconic collaborations, has been a resounding success in Latin America, with memorable performances in Lima, Bogotá and Buenos Aires, and in various capitals of the world, where specialized critics and the public agree that it marks a before and after in the production of electronic shows.

Pablo Pou, president of PAV Events, officially confirmed that this impressive world tour will arrive in Santo Domingo with a colossal staging that is revolutionizing the entertainment industry. The concert will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Quisqueya Stadium, under the production of PAV Events, reaffirming the company's commitment to large-scale shows.

The announcement comes accompanied by the confirmation of two top-level guests: Themba and Joezi, considered among the most influential figures in contemporary Afro House. Themba, a protagonist on stages like Ushuaïa Ibiza, Hï and Tomorrowland, stands out for his style based on tribal rhythms and ritual atmospheres, as well as collaborations with artists like Black Coffee. Joezi, for his part, has established himself as one of the most requested acts on the global circuit thanks to his melodic sensibility and the strength of reinterpretations such as “7 Seconds” and “Heart of Glass”, which have propelled him in festivals and platforms around the world. Both proposals significantly elevate the artistic value of the event and reinforce its international character.

David Guetta has just been crowned World No. 1 DJ in 2025 by DJ Mag, an award he obtains for the fifth time in his career (2011, 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2025), positioning him as one of the most awarded artists in the history of electronic music. On digital platforms, his impact is resounding: he is currently the 15th most listened to artist in the world on Spotify, with more than 76 million monthly listeners, and ranks as the fourth most played artist globally, accumulating more than 40 billion streams. His catalog includes multiple tracks that exceed one billion plays, in addition to collaborations with some of the most influential voices in the industry, such as SIA, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Shakira, J Balvin and Becky Hill. His career also includes 2 Grammy awards, 11 nominations, 7 number one singles in the United Kingdom, more than 50 million records sold and the BRIT Awards as "Producer of the Year".

With this confirmation, the Dominican Republic joins the global circuit of "The Monolith Tour", a show that embodies the vision that the future of entertainment is a collective, immersive, and celebratory experience.
