Netflix confirms sixth season of 'Emily in Paris'

Madrid — Netflix has officially announced the renewal of ‘Emily in Paris’ for a sixth season, solidifying the series as one of the great ongoing successes of the platform internationally. After the premiere of its fifth season, the fiction starring Lily Collins has once again demonstrated its strength in audience, reaching 26.8 million views in its first two weeks, a figure that has been key to ensuring its continuity. The fifth installment left viewers with an open ending in which Emily Cooper once again faced the difficult decision between her personal and professional life. Although her time in Rome, marked by the opening of a satellite office and her relationship with Marcelo, seemed to offer her stability, the protagonist finally chooses to return to Paris, the central setting of the series.
