Missing 13-year-old teenager sought in Jarabacoa

Jarabacoa. – Family members and community members remain on alert regarding the disappearance of a 13-year-old, identified as Justin Cordero Adames, whose whereabouts have been unknown since January 21st.

According to his mother, Josefina Cordero Adames, the teenager was last seen in the Los Framboyanes sector, in the La Joya area, municipality of Jarabacoa, without any precise information about his whereabouts so far.

The minor's mother is at the police detachment in this municipality, where she is receiving accompaniment and support from members of the Department of Criminal Investigations (DICRIM). The search and investigation efforts are being coordinated by Major Osoria and Colonel William Batista, in charge of the institution in the demarcation. The authorities urge citizens to collaborate with any information that may help locate the teenager. Those with relevant information can contact the phone 809-251-7986. The family maintains hope of finding the minor safe and sound, while investigations and search operations continue in the area.
