Santo Domingo.- The Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad del Este (Edeeste) reported this Friday that it will carry out a temporary suspension of the electrical service in the early mornings of Sunday, November 23, and Monday, November 24, in peripheral sectors of the Las Américas highway, Santo Domingo Este municipality, at the request of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC).

Edeeste highlighted that the Public Works projects coordinated by the Las Américas Highway Consortium are scheduled to be carried out both days from 12:00 midnight to 4:00 in the morning. The measure will affect the Arismar, Barrio Nuevo, Campechito, Los Farallones, Frailes I, Farallones, Los Tres Ojos, Lotes y Servicios, Maquiteria, Marbella III, Residencial Parque del Este, Barrio Nuevo, Frailes II, Frailes III, Marbella II, Marbella III, Molinos-América, San Bartolo de Los Frailes and Farallones sectors.
