Mexican Navy aircraft crashes in the U.S.

At least three people died this Monday after the crash of a plane from the Secretariat of the Navy-Armed Forces of Mexico that was carrying out a medical transfer in Galveston Bay, Texas, USA, while attempting to approach the local airport, reported Hoston Chronicles.

Authorities reported that six people were rescued from the water or the wreckage of the aircraft, while search efforts for possible survivors continue. The operation involves the Galveston Police, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Sheriff's Office, among other rescue units.
