Decapitated man found on a farm in Naranjo Dulce in San Francisco de Macorís

San Francisco de Macorís. – A 45-year-old man was found dead on the afternoon of this Tuesday in a villa located in the community of Naranjo Dulce, in Duarte province. The deceased was identified as Ramón Taveras Alvarado, who, according to his family, resided and worked in the place for approximately 10 years. They also indicated that he was deaf and mute from birth. According to preliminary data, the body presents a machete wound to the neck, which would have caused his death. His father described him as a quiet, hardworking man who had no conflicts with anyone, assuring that he never knew of any problems or threats against him. Other family members expressed that they demand justice and that they will go to the ultimate consequences so that the event is clarified and those responsible face justice.
