Montevideo will be the next venue for the World Summit of Political Communication

Colombia.– The World Summit of Political Communication held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, concluded from September 24 to 26 and at the closing event, it was announced that the next venue will be in Montevideo and will take place between April 21 and 23 of next year. This is the first major summit in that country, at an event that will undoubtedly set the Uruguayan agenda and that of the entire Río de la Plata region, and the announcement was made official by the president of the World Summit of Political Communication, Daniel Ivokus, and by Christian Matta, vice president of the event. The announcement marked the closing of a sold-out event held at the Las Américas Convention Center and attended by more than 2,000 registered participants, which brought together figures from politics, candidates, journalists, and influential leaders and speakers from throughout the Ibero-American compol field.

In that context, for three days the walled city enjoyed the best voices in consulting and the permanent updating of all its disciplines: campaigns, government communication, crisis communication, political scandals, social media, press, research, among others.

"It has once again been a great pleasure to be received in Cartagena, where we have enjoyed these days with the huge community of communication and politics, so many friends, so many leaders: it has been a great honor," said Daniel Ivoskus about the closing of the day.
