Martha Heredia gives birth and asks for prayers for her baby's health

Santo Domingo.- Singer Martha Heredia, winner of Latin American Idol in 2009, announced the birth of her son and asked for prayers for his health, as the newborn is admitted to a medical center. Through a message posted on her Instagram account, Heredia shared her feelings and the hope that accompanies her in this new chapter of her life.

"Working hard in my career without giving up because I am waiting for you at home with dad to give you a decent life full of love and family peace, with all the hopes of becoming that example of perseverance that guides you on the right path, my son, and you grow up seeing mommy and daddy fighting and working for you," wrote the artist.

Heredia also expressed his gratitude to God amidst the difficulties he faces.

“En medio de tantas pruebas Dios sigue siendo fiel, mostrándome su amor y su misericordia. Llegaste para enseñarme que hay que ser fuerte y confiar en el propósito divino. Les pido muchas oraciones, no pido más, yo confío en el Señor y siempre ha sido fiel”, agregó.

The interpreter, who is in a relationship with the Mexican singer Gerardo Lares, had revealed her pregnancy in May of this year. Although she did not offer details about the baby's health, her followers and colleagues in the artistic world have expressed messages of support and solidarity.
