LIDOM postpones the third game of the Final Series and reschedules it for this Saturday

SANTO DOMINGO, D.N.– The Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League, Inc. (LIDOM) officially announced the postponement of the game scheduled for this Friday, January 23rd, corresponding to the third game of the Final Series of the autumn-winter baseball tournament 2025-2026, agreed to the best of seven games.

According to the provisions of the current league regulations, when a game of the Final Series is suspended before its start or before four and a half innings are completed, it must be held again from scratch the next day, at the same venue where it was postponed.

Consequently, the suspended match will be played tomorrow, Saturday, January 24, starting at 7:15 PM, at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium, in the city of Santo Domingo. The Final Series will determine as champion the team that achieves four victories in a maximum of seven games. Given in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, on the twenty-third (23) day of the month of January of the year 2026.
