Monte Plata – With the purpose of strengthening citizen security in the municipality of Bayaguana, the Vice Minister of Interior Security of the National Police, Edwin Félix, led a meeting of the Security Table, along with the provincial governor of Monte Plata, Rafaela Javier Gomera, and the municipal mayor, Frangel García.
The meeting took place on the morning of this Friday in the municipal town hall and brought together various local authorities, representatives of neighborhood councils, community leaders, and other social actors committed to building a safer and more organized community.

During the day, fundamental topics such as crime prevention, active citizen participation, and the need for greater coordination between institutions to address the challenges affecting security in the area were addressed.
The participating authorities agreed on the urgency of designing and implementing joint strategies that promote peace, harmonious coexistence, and the well-being of all the residents of Bayaguana.
This initiative is part of national efforts to strengthen public safety policies and promote safer environments in the country's various communities.
