Yemen's Houthis announced this Friday a new drone attack against Ben Gurion Airport, the largest in Israel, in the metropolitan area of Tel Aviv.
Also, the movement carried out two other operations against Ashkelon and Beersheba. The attacks "have achieved their objectives successfully", the statement specifies.

The group indicated that the offensive was carried out in response to "the crimes of genocide and famine" committed by Israel against the Gaza Strip. In addition, they stressed that they will continue their operations "until the aggression against Gaza ceases and the siege is lifted."- The Houthis periodically launch attacks against Israeli territory in support of the Gaza Strip, where Tel Aviv has been carrying out its operations since October 2023. Likewise, the group continues its operations in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea, attacking ships that "violate the ban on entry to the ports of occupied Palestine".
