The incident occurred on Monday night at an intersection in the Queens neighborhood. According to the police report, the victim, a man of Latino origin, was riding a motorcycle when he was hit by a car. After the crash, the driver of the vehicle involved did not stop and fled the scene.

Emergency services responded to the scene and transported the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital, where his death was confirmed due to injuries sustained in the accident.
