Expo NTD Santo Domingo 2025 a space full of creative proposals

Santo Domingo. – With a day full of creativity, innovation, and exquisite culinary proposals, Expo NTD Santo Domingo 2025 was celebrated, an event that brought together chefs, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals from the gastronomic sector at the Intercontinental Hotel. The activity was consolidated as a space for technical exchange and value generation for NTD Ingredientes' clients, strengthening innovation and the development of new products in the country. Expo NTD Santo Domingo 2025 was aimed at executives, retail clients, food service, pastry shops, bakeries, hotels, resorts, and gastronomy professionals, who enjoyed a full day of demonstrations, tastings, and technical presentations.

"Through this space, we seek to demonstrate how the synergy between our products and our technical team translates into a comprehensive experience in pastry, confectionery, and bakery, aligned with current trends in the sector," expressed Frank Sánchez, commercial manager of NTD Ingredientes for the Dominican Republic.

Sánchez highlighted that the quality of NTD's products has been a constant throughout the company's years of operation in the country, which has allowed it to maintain a standard of excellence and guarantee the satisfaction of its customers.

"When making their breads, cakes or pastries, our customers know that they will always have the same level of excellence, which translates into prosperous businesses," he underlined.

Furthermore, he highlighted that the main objective of Expo NTD is to present new ideas for the use of products, clarify concerns about the represented brands, and strengthen alliances with its clients, fostering the joint growth of the national gastronomic industry. During the event, NTD Ingredientes thanked the support of its international business partners such as Dawn Foods, Komplet, Scandic Foods, EFCO, ENCO, Rich’s, Fabbri and Vandermoortele, highlighting their commitment to innovation and strengthening the food sector. The NTD Expo has toured different regions of the country, with successful previous editions in Cibao and Punta Cana, and will continue its expansion towards other areas, adapting its format to local businesses.

With this initiative, NTD Ingredientes reaffirms its commitment to the gastronomic and tourist development of the Dominican Republic, promoting training, creativity, and the exchange of knowledge among the professionals who daily transform flavors into memorable experiences. The event was attended by Juan Carlos Méndez, president of NTD Ingredientes for the Dominican Republic, and Sandra Aponte, general director, as well as international guests such as Nayef Haifa (Export Manager, Dawn Food Komplet), Héctor Pantoja (Sales Manager LATAM), Brian Reinhart (Technical Sales Manager, EFCO), Paolo Evangelista (Director, FABBRI), and Miguel González (Sales Manager, ENCO). Also participating were renowned international chefs, including Melvin Lora, Fabian Badillo (Colombia), Nancy Bajo, Alex Madrigal and Ana Victoria Rodríguez (Mexico).
