This way Nuñez, who is a Partner and co-owner of the audiovisual production company Impetus, based in the state of Florida, raises the name of her country.
The awards obtained by Impetus corresponded to the categories of Best Commercial Advertisement, Best Direction, Best Editing, and Best Screenplay, all of them associated with the same audiovisual piece presented in the fourth official billboard of the contest, corresponding to a commercial advertisement developed for the American Business College University, an official university institution.

The American Business College, for which the award-winning ad was produced, is part of the educational ecosystem of Grupo Convierte Más, and Vilma Núñez is also a partner and co-owner of said institution, integrating her strategic, educational, and creative vision into the group's various projects. The award-winning commercial, titled "Get Ready to Be Irreplaceable," stands out for its central creative concept: "Irreemplazables" (Irreplaceables), a philosophy developed and disseminated by Núñez for several years, which addresses human leadership, professional differentiation, and the value of personal intelligence in an era marked by artificial intelligence.This concept was not only the narrative axis of the advertisement, but also forms part of the academic and leadership discourse that Núñez constantly shares through international conferences, training, and presentations, where he reflects on how to become irreplaceable in a world where technology is increasingly accessible.
