Santo Domingo. – The digital newspaper www.herrerafarandula.net was nominated in the category “Best Digital Entertainment Newspaper” in the eighth edition of the National Digital Journalism Award 2025, organized by the Dominican Digital Media Observatory. The distinction highlights the work, leadership and growth of the media under the direction of its CEO, Francisca María Jiménez.
Jiménez, with a degree in Social Communication, Journalism major, holds diplomas in Investigative Journalism, Digital Journalism, Judicial Journalism and Web Integrity, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Strategic Communication and Public Relations.
