Santo Domingo.– The President of Chile, José Antonio Kast, briefly interrupted the protocol during an official lunch with international delegations to congratulate the Dominican president, Luis Abinader, and the first lady Raquel Arbaje on their 31st wedding anniversary.
The gesture occurred at Cerro Castillo Palace, in Chile, within the framework of the official activities following the presidential handover ceremony. During his speech, Kast asked for the attention of those present to dedicate a special toast to the Dominican presidential couple. "Today is a very relevant day because they are celebrating their 31st anniversary. To our great friends from the Dominican Republic, we want to thank you for your presence and the affection you have always given us," expressed the Chilean president to those present. The moment generated a relaxed atmosphere among those present, who responded with applause and displays of affection towards Abinader and Arbaje.
