They catch him at the AILA in French with a stomach full of cocaine bags

Santo Domingo. - A foreigner who was traveling to France, Paris, with his stomach full of cocaine, was caught by agents of the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) and members of the Specialized Airport Security Corps (CESAC), during joint inspection work, at Las Américas International Airport (AILA-JFPG). Coordinated by the Public Ministry, agents and military personnel approached the Frenchman in the migration area and, after being subjected to the standard protocol, foreign objects were detected in his digestive tract, immediately proceeding to transfer him to the Central Hospital of the Armed Forces, where he expelled 141 small bags of cocaine, wrapped in black and blue latex. "The foreigner, after staying for several days at the center, under the control of specialist doctors, evacuated the small bags, with a total weight of one kilo and 60 grams of cocaine, according to the analysis of the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF)."

The 19-year-old is being placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry of the province of Santo Domingo, to determine coercive measures in the coming hours for violation of law 50-88, on drugs and controlled substances. The Public Ministry and the DNCD are deepening investigations in relation to the frustrated international drug trafficking operation and assure that they are criminal networks, which use "mule" people of different nationalities, to take drugs to the United States and Europe.
