Youtube registers worldwide outage

Santo Domingo.- The video platform YouTube reported a worldwide service outage, through the social network X, where they claim to have "intermittencies to the null operability of the system". "If you're having trouble accessing YouTube right now, you're not alone: our teams are investigating this and will follow up here with updates," they wrote on their account. According to the web portal specializing in detecting system outages, Downdetector, more than 14 thousand users reported this problem, receiving the message "an error occurred" when trying to access via web and on mobile devices.

They also reported that the fall is due to "a problem with our recommendation system that prevented videos from appearing on all YouTube platforms (including the home page, the YouTube app, YouTube Music, and YouTube Kids).
