Azua.- With the motto “Early diagnosis can save your life. It's time to check”, the Taiwan Regional Hospital commemorated Breast Cancer Awareness Month with an awareness day aimed at promoting prevention and early detection of this disease.
The activity took place in the conference hall of the health center, where members of the medical staff and collaborators committed to the well-being of the community gathered. During the day, the importance of undergoing periodic medical check-ups, knowing the risk factors, and going to a consultation in a timely manner in the event of any warning sign was highlighted. With this initiative, the Taiwan Regional Hospital reaffirms its commitment to education, prevention, and timely diagnosis, thus contributing to improving the quality of life of the population and reducing mortality associated with breast cancer.
