Aguají by Chef Tita makes history: first Dominican restaurant to enter the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list

Santo Domingo, DR. Dominican gastronomy celebrates an unprecedented milestone: Aguají by Chef Tita became the first Dominican restaurant to enter the prestigious list of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, occupying the 88th position. The establishment, located in Sosúa, Puerto Plata, within The Ocean Club, a Luxury Collection Resort, marks a historic boost for the culinary and tourist projection of the country. This recognition places the Dominican Republic on the international gastronomic map, attracting the attention of chefs, critics, and travelers seeking authentic and high-level culinary experiences.

Aguají stands out for its proposal based on Dominican ancestral roots, especially the Taíno culture.
