Incident at El Seibo nightclub leaves a young man injured while his partner tries to protect him

EL SEIBO.– A young man was injured on Friday night after being attacked with bottles by two individuals during an altercation at the Novo nightclub in this city. So far, the authorities have not revealed the identity of those involved. According to versions from those present at the establishment, the incident occurred while those present were socializing normally, when the aggression suddenly broke out. In videos and comments posted on social media, the moment is observed when the young man's partner lunged at him to try to protect him from the blows. Despite the woman's desperate efforts to prevent them from continuing to assault him, the young man ended up with visible injuries resulting from the attack.

Witnesses claim that the alleged aggressors were not detained by the security personnel of the place and would have left the nightclub immediately after the event, which has generated criticism and concern among the residents of the area. Family members of the victim called on the authorities to launch a thorough investigation to identify and apprehend those responsible, as well as to clarify why action was not taken within the establishment to prevent their escape.
