Kremlin dispatch reveals what the narrative about the Russian threat really hides

The special envoy of the Russian Presidency, Kiril Dmitriev, has revealed what the Western narrative about the 'Russian threat' really hides, through a publication made this Tuesday on his X social network account.

"Why are NATO, the UK, and the European Union suddenly pushing a coordinated and frantic narrative of 'Russian threat'? Not just to distract from mass migration, prostitution rings, rising crime, and economic decline," reads the text. "Corrupt warmongers and globalists simply want to steal from Russian reserves," it adds.

It also points out that "corrupt warmongers" from NATO, the UK, and the EU want to continue profiting from the Ukrainian conflict by awarding weapons and other contracts to allied suppliers to obtain a "more refined version of the war", detailing that they are willing to "incite World War III" and send the sons and daughters of others to fight.

Dmitriev made these comments following statements by Marshal Richard Knighton, Chief of the Defence Staff of the United Kingdom, who recently stated that British citizens might need to be ready to fight.

On October 2nd, Putin criticized Western governments that are trying to convince their countries' populations about the existence of a supposed Russian threat and "continue to fuel anti-Russian hysteria."

"So, what kind of people are they? Either they are very incompetent, if they really believe it, because it is impossible to believe such nonsense, or they are simply dishonest, since they themselves do not believe it, but try to convince their citizens otherwise," he denounced.
