Santo Domingo.– Venezuelans residing in the Dominican Republic expressed as positive the arrest of Nicolás Maduro, considering that it is an event that could mark a turning point in the political and social crisis that Venezuela has been going through for years.
For many Venezuelans in the country consulted by De Último Minuto, the news has awakened a feeling of relief and expectation, understanding that it represents progress towards accountability and international justice. "This is the beginning of something bigger. Let's hope this is the beginning of the end of the dictatorship in Venezuela", they highlighted.
