According to what he expressed, his intention —in his own words— was to "give him two blows" to the man, assuring that he acted in the midst of a moment of anger. The event generated concern among the people who were in the place, including family members and citizens who were going to carry out procedures.
Following the incident, police officers intervened immediately and proceeded with the arrest to prevent the situation from escalating. The case is under investigation by the relevant authorities, who will determine the legal actions to be taken.
