The vice president of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) and president of the Creciendo Juntas Mujer Foundation, Zoraima Cuello, expressed her excitement for impacting the lives of hundreds of women during the conference "Unleash Your Potential", held within the framework of the commemoration of International Women's Day.
Cuello explained that the activity is the result of the commitment to national development and the advancement of women in Dominican society.
The leader highlighted that books offer answers to multiple needs and foster personal growth. In that sense, she pointed out that the reading club "Growing Together" celebrates eight years of operation, during which its members have read 96 books.“This activity is the result of the love for national development and for that need that we women have to continue advancing in Dominican society. It also arises from the understanding that the best causes are fought from education, and that without reading there are no real possibilities of improving our personal relationships”, she expressed to De Último Minuto.

He also explained that the group has implemented the habit of 15 minutes of daily reading, a practice that, according to neuroscientific studies, contributes to the development of cognitive abilities.During the event, the keynote speech was delivered by Elena Viyella de Paliza, whom Cuello described as an inspiring woman and a benchmark for business leadership. "For us, it is essential to have Mrs. Elena. She was the first president of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE) and has an outstanding career in the business and union field. It is a true honor to have her today sharing her experience," he assured. Cuello added that the objective of the meeting is for women and men to be able to learn from Viyella's trajectory and discover tools to develop their potential and face new challenges."The Creciendo Juntas reading club has the vision of providing Dominican society with tools, knowledge, and master lectures, such as the one we will have today," she affirmed.
“That's the idea for today: to work on how we challenge and develop our potential,” he concluded.
