Santo Domingo.- Agents of the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) and members of the Public Ministry, supported by inspectors from the Dominican Postal Institute, seized two sheets of cocaine that were to be sent to Pennsylvania, United States, hidden inside a wall clock.
Agents and canine units, coordinated by a prosecutor, were verifying the shipments in one of Inposdom's warehouses when they found a box with five watches. In one of them, they confiscated a substance wrapped in aluminum foil, with a weight exceeding 300 grams of cocaine.

The Public Ministry and the DNCD have initiated an investigation to identify those responsible for the attempted drug shipment.
